There are no contracts and zero commitment required! Our services are designed to be flexible and tailored to your needs. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time in the customer portal.

Does the pricing apply to only one property?

Yes! The pricing reflects the all-inclusive flat fee for one property. In the checkout cart, you have the flexibility to modify the quantity of properties you wish to subscribe to our service.

How do you know when my trash cans will be emptied?

By using the austintexas.gov website and your address, we check for your scheduled pickup day, ensuring the correct trash bins are placed in your desired location the day prior to pickup.

Do you provide any other services?

Currently, our primary service is handling trash bins. However, if you have additional tasks you need assistance with, including junk removal, feel free to ask. We're happy to explore how we can help and provide you with a personalized quote tailored to your needs.
